Master Wong Fei Hung (Jet Li), his beloved Aunt Thirteen (Rosamund Kwan) and side-kick Leung Fu (Max Mok) travels to Beijing to visit Fei Hung's father, Wong Ki Ying. Upon arrival, Fei Hung meets his rival in love, a Russian guy name Tomansky who is Aunt Thirteen's ex-classmate. Tomansky even gives her a camera as gift.

Beijing is also in chaos as the Empress Dowager holds a lion dance competition which causes the local kung fu organizations fight against each other. The story also introduces Club Foot Seven, who originally works for the bad people called the Tai Peng Oil Company. Club Foot even hurts Wong Ki Ying at the beginning.

In such a chaos, Wong Fei Hung uses his Kung Fu skill and diplomacy to calm the people down. It's fun to see master Wong fight the Tai Peng Oil Company on a floor covered with oil.

Then the camera accidentally record an assassination plot of the Russians against President Li Hung Cheung. Fei Hung needs to enter the competition, with the help of Leung Fu and Fe Hung's new student Seven, to stop the assassination. (Seven was wounded by Leung Fu; and thrown out of the Oil Company since they thought that his leg cannot be cured. However, Fei Hung receives and cures his leg and therefore gains Seven's admiration and respect.) They finally stops the assassination and win the competition.

The love relationship between master Wong and Siu Qun (Aunt Thirteen) is open publicly in the third part. There are many romantic and humorous scenes between them, such as when Fei Hung tries to inform his father about their marriage or when he learns how to say "I love you" in English. Besides, he is always angry and jealous whenever seeing or hearing about Tomansky. Finally, he did manages to calls her name, Siu Qun, and embraces her in front of his father, uncles and students. What a nice scene!!! You need to see their shocking faces :-)

Comments: Great fun and romantic. The lion dance is a bit too long but OK. Lots of humor, actions and romance. What do you think about Jet Li's smile? So cute!!!
